BULL-NOSE COPING
Coping is the cap or edging that is placed around the top rim of a swimming pool, also known as pool edging or pool edge pavers. At Blue Star Pools, we can offer you practical advice to suit the style of your traditional or modern swimming pool.
Bullnose Coping provides a softer finish by having one or more rounded edges, and can be integrated with the paving or decking around your pool by matching or contrasting several colour blends. There are several different types of bullnose, including half bullnose, sloping bullnose and rebated bullnose coping.
We use coping to separate your pool from the adjacent surface area, and to help protect the pool structure. It provides both a practical and aesthetic function by defining the edge of your pool and by visually enhancing the style and look.
Another benefit of bullnose coping is that it is people friendly due to its rounded edges, reducing the possibility of injury when falling, therefore making it safer to walk on.
